TDD operates a Shenzhen, China based manufacturing facility with capabilities that include: shearing, bending, welding, punching, rolling, polishing, buffing, milling, grinding, painting, surface finishing, assembly & shipping to offer state of the art OEM manufacturing unrivaled in the self-service industry.

With all these capabilities in-house, TDD has a competitive advantage for providing much lower costs, faster lead-times (production / prototypes), and total control of product quality. We can do it all from concept to completion: design, engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, certification and logistics. We will work closely with you to ensure your success from the initial deployment until the rollout's eventual end of life.

Ⅰ.Choose kiosk style/appearance

Select kiosk style, confirm product quantity and modules lists . We welcome customized order with MOQ ,we can design and production under your requirement . After we got the payment in advance,We will provide product design manuscript and design product effect drawing

Ⅱ. Confirm the modules list (optional)

Optional window system ; Android,window 7,Linux and window 10 ,

Optional Screen size: from 17inch to 43 inch LCD screen.

Optional cash module : single note cash dispenser ,bulk note dispenser ,single note acceptor , bulk note acceptor ,cash recycler ( for payment kiosk , ATM machine ,CDM machine , currency exchange machine )

Card and ticketing dispenser :prepaid card dispenser / ticket dispenser ( ticket vending kiosk )

Receipt printer : themal printer .

A4 printer

Ⅲ. Cabinet production

Normally takes 15 working days for cabinet design .

Ⅳ. Kiosk painting and LOGO printing

Kiosk painting ： provide the painting color in Pantone . generally on the plane color below 2 colors.

Logo printing: generally on the plane color below 2 colors.

V.  Kiosk Assembling

Colors Assemble all modules ( screen . PC ,system )in the kiosk.

Ⅵ. Function testing

We will install the system in the kiosk and testing function for the each module .Taking video for client confirmation .

Ⅶ. Packing

Got the client’s  confirmation ,we will make package for the kiosk ,normally use wooden case .

Ⅶ.Delivery

Delivery time is 35 working days after confirmation of the design.

Viii. Warranty

1. One year warranty. During warranty time, once components include screen ,power supply, adapter, cables are broken, buyer keep rights to replace new part(s) free while sending back the broken parts.

2. After 1 year warranty, buyer need to pay for the spare parts .

3.If broken made by man mistakenly use, warranty policy doesn't work.
